Anti-friend city

It's pathetic. I'm home (where I really didn't want to be in the first place) with absolutly no homework, and what do I want to do? Study my grammar book. It's a fairly good possibility that I didn't do too well on my finals in that class, and it's fairly certain that I have to take another grammar/editing class next year.
Side note: I love to edit, but am absloutly apalling when it comes to the whole grammar thing. Can anyone explain why that is?
Today has been uneventful. My bro had his buddies come over for breakfast (it was dumb-teacher-day and the kids in the district get a holiday). I just kinda hung out with them and am now even more grateful that I no longer have to go to high school. College is about a million to the trillinoth times better. The whole 'living on your own' thing is nice. There's a freedom that really caters to my tastes. Too bad Vegas doesn't have any of it.

Before I left Rexburg, a letter was sent to me from PA. That day was a happy one. Too bad I had to take care of clean checks and packing before I could write back. 10 days later in the comfort of the warm sun of Las Vegas, I was able to reply. I wonder if getting mail is as exciting to missionaries as it is to me. (And no, he's not my missionary. He's just a buddy from kindergarden and sunbeams who keeps on randomly running into me. Small world the Mormon community is.)

UnPacking is still an issue. I have to get on that. I just don't have any modivation to do it. I would much rather be up with friends and playing and all that fun stuff that accompanies being in college. Ali is here with me and that's all fine and dandy, but having a few friends over resulting in a party is the fun of everything. And all the randomness that accompaines BYU-I. : )
